New Obama Logo: Buy A Politician?
Yawn. Another Chicago politician advertises that he is for sale. Obama has a new logo, more lack of style over lack of substance but I really was struck by the sentiment, is Barack for sale? Senator Obama is after all part of the corrupt Chicago Democratic Machine and the corrupt Cook County Democratic Machine, both of which are for sale to the highest bidder. They are for sale every single day, for that they toil tirelessly!

And why does the look of this logo somehow remind me of those junior stewardess wings that airlines used to pass out? And why do Barack Obama's ads playing on Channel 5 for the Olympics remind of a generic ad for some Illinois food processor or seed provider? Is it me or is something odd going on there?
Thanks for pointing out the political marketplace. Somehow the rest of the country can't seem to catch on, even though Speaker Pelosi seems to be convinced Barack is a gift from God to us the voters.
I like the "junior stewardess" pin idea, I guess that Barack should get a junior pilot pin.
You know what I think is possible? Barack Obama didn't get to be a Boy Scout and didn't get a chance to earn those cute little badges. That is what is behind all those little graphics that he probably approves before his campaign uses them. I feel sorry for him; he probably would have had the most in his troop. He also could have gotten over the need to heal the Oceans as that could have been his Eagle project, and gone into finance or corporate law. That would have saved us a world of grief.
BTW, there is a new way to write his name--it's Øbama, borrowing the O with the slash from the Norwegian alphabet. I saw that today and thought it clever.
Many liberals just don't like the Boy Scouts, too much like Kansas I guess. So you are right, it is likely the Barack was not a Boy Scout. Hmm, one candidate could take care of himself in America's great outdoors and the other would likely need take-out. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate take-out as much as the next city dweller, but the ability to be self-sufficient in nature, something required of America's fighter pilots, is something that I think helps in decision making. Thanks I hadn't seen the new Obama spelling style and somewhere in the Mac nested Help Menus are the European keyboard instructions so I'll have to wade through those again.
Oh, make it easy on yourself and just Google "Norwegian Alphabet" and copy the o with the slash and just paste it in. That's what I did. Or, in your word processor, "Insert" "Symbol" and a whole menu of all those foreign letters comes up. Just point & click. Keep the symbol handy in a saved text file and you are definately ready!

Where to start, I never even commented on McCain being a Boy Scout and the fact that he wasn't probably shouldn't be a surprise, his father was a Naval officer, foreign postings and all. Again, I never commented on McCain being a Boy Scout however I did comment that McCain has the background that would allow him to survive in the wilderness, a sadly disappearing skill, as is common sense in nature. That would have been part of his fighter pilot training.

No that clearly is not the reason, the reason that the McCain household has staff is the same reason that a dog licks his balls, because he can. That is an interesting stat on the McCains, how much of that "figure" do you suppose has to do with their special needs child? Please FGFM, don't tell me that you would deny care to that poor child? And on that subject, do you actually think the Obamas have had no help inside of their home during the past four years? You need to step it up, only 70 days left!

Hey it's always nice to hear from the little people. Your first comment left on this post got me investigating McCain and the Boy Scouts, during that little search I found out that the Obama people are illegally using the Boy Scout name and logo to raise money. I wrote about that on Monday Aug. 25 and at the end of the post I thanked your loser ass. Have a nice day junior.
