I've no love for Chicago politicians but I'd like to see video and/or hear audio from a few minutes prior to the altercation to find out what prompted the outburst. Strange they would not post that if they had it. Stranger still if they didn't have it since they brought a video recorder in the first place. This is inexcusable behavior by a public official, but perhaps it might be more understandable if Munoz was being provoked.
I would also like to see any previous video but it isn;t clear that the Alderman would allow a camera inside of his office, especially for a discussion about TIFs. That said I would also like to see more tape.
