Some Chicagoans Take Up Civil War Again Today
The Chicago Cubs take on the Chicago White Sox this weekend at the new Comiskey Park that is named after some phone company.

Chicago trader, car nut, sports fan and political junkie. "Flying Debris" refers to warning signs behind the staging areas at drag strips. I happen to enjoy the sign reading "Caution Flying Debris Please Stand To The Right". Others may take amusement and solace in the sign over on the left side of the drag strip. Please don't look for much (if any) quarter mile blogging.

Payback at Comisky yesterday, Mr. Rider. More on the way today! Its on live here in UK, so the Newcastle are on ice waitin' for the beatdown to begin!
Well yesterday I watched the game at the Billy Goat with a mixture of Cub and Sox fan friends, it was painful. Today, it's ribs on the bbq out back (it just started raining so the q will go under that bridge). You must be watching the game thanks to that evil Rupert Murdoch.
It's an ESPN-owned station here, NASN (North American Sports Network. That's North American, so lots of hockey and CFL). But, its the Fox broadcast so I'm lucky enough to here the wisdom of Mark Grace all evening...but it's a good game so far!
P.S., your girl Amy Winehouse is playing right now at Glastonbury. My lord, she is a wreck.
Yeh I really like her hair, it makes her look like the Minnie Pearl for a new generation. Damn Marmol.
Hey KL I need the charger for that cell phone so I can make those discount phone calls to the UK, and my secret girl Amy.
Last week: You: "SWEEEP!!"
