Barack Obama Is NOT a Muslim...

...Damn it! But this video is pretty darn funny. I find the Muslim accusation to be strange and I know a lot more people who assume that there is a horde of people out there who believe that Obama is a Muslim than people who I have ever heard seriously express any such sentiment. My take? Simple, the genetic Muslim gets his or her genes from the father (in Judaism it's the mother) his father was a nonpracticing Muslim and despite the fallen away aspect his religious make-up can be passed down. But there is a huge problem with that - Barack Obama is an American who has chosen Christianity. We can wonder about his choice of churches but we cannot not claim that he is of another faith. None of us can look into another's souls so the implication that Obama is a Muslim in disguise just doesn't ring true to me. That said this video of Jacki and Dunlap is hysterical.

The Root of A Lot of Evil...

Dutch filmmaker Theo Van Gogh, above, spoke truth to Islam with the film below.




The above 11 minute film is the one that got Theo Van Gogh murdered. Van Gogh, the great-grandson of Vincent Van Gogh's brother Theo, created the short film Submission from a script written by Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Submission is the English translation of the Arabic word Islam. Mr. Van Gogh was murdered in Amsterdam (a city whose flag features three St. Andrew's Crosses) by an Islamic jihadist who shot Van Gogh eight times, slit his throat (nearly decapitating him) and stabbed him twice, leaving the knives to pin a five page anti-western missive attached to his body.

The film is about the violence towards women that is such a major part of some strains of Islam. Supported by the Koran the subject of the film is beaten by her husband and raped by her uncle, the later being an honor thing I guess. The film is representative of a problem faced by many strains of Islam, half the members of nearly every family is enslaved. Here in the West we have seen the problems of people who grow up in dysfunctional modern families, we now have to deal with a large portion of the world in which that dysfunction is institutionalized by religion while those societies attempt to deal with modernity. Lord help us.

Captain Morgan and Others take on Author and Jihadists!

Former buccaneer and current rum spokesman Captain Morgan has lashed out at and has threatened violent protests against author Kes Gray after the author decided to rename a fictional character Morgan the Mole instead of it's current name Mohamed the Mole. Captain Morgan, formerly of Wales stated that it is a grave offense to compare him or any other Morgan to "that murderous, backwards pedophile Mohamed!" Morgan went on to say that although he was once a "privateer", that he had turned his life around "years ago" in order to bring people together with "high spirits".

The Captain was joined by a legion of supporters who work for JP Morgan and even some retirees who had worked for Morgan Guarantee. The pirate was also joined by numerous individuals named Morgan, led by Hall of Fame baseball player Joe Morgan.

The former buccaneer Captain Morgan stated that "Aye Matey" he would take on any of those "thugs with me trusty sword!" Stating that the Islamic world is full of men who "whine, cry and have kiddies do their jobs", Morgan stated that he was "going to deal with that wuss of an author" before "dealing with those hajis!"

Bush Appoints Bolton as Envoy to Islamic Group

Bush spoke today to members of the Organization of Islamic Conferences at the Islamic Center of Washington and announced that he would be the first US President to appoint an envoy to the Organization. After the Presidential speech a White House spokesman affirmed rumors that the President would appoint former UN Ambassador John Bolton to the newly created post.

Warning: The above is satire. Let's face it, if Bush appointed Bolton very Democrat would be up in arms, heck they may even take up arms. Oh that's right, they loathe guns.

This Just Proves That Islam is Tolerant!

Nearly twenty years after Salman Rushdie first published the Satanic Verses his fellow Muslims still want to kill him. What a tolerant bunch of fellows. Plus they're now pissed because the Queen has Knighted Rushdie, I say Bully to the Queen as she fights that fascist regime! (With apologies to the Sex Pistols). The reaction of the Pakistani "religious Affairs" Minister, Ijaz-ul-Haq is typical of that sadly delusional part of the world (hello Harry Reid?), “If someone blows himself up, he will consider himself justified. How can we fight terrorism when those who commit blasphemy are rewarded by the West? We demand an apology by the British government. Their action has hurt the sentiments of 1.5 billion Muslims." Pathetic.

Update: Little Green Footballs has some photos of the "advanced folks" burning Rushdie in effigy. A truly lovely bunch.

Update II: Pat Santy, the brains behind the mask of Dr. Sanity also has some choice words for our pathetic muslim neighbors. Including this observation: "I don't know about you, but I don't even want to share the same species classification with them. The title of Homo sapiens is completely inappropriate." Amen honey, I would like to add something about sharing the same Planet as the deranged of the muslim world.

Imams - the "Superflys" of the Islamic World

Muslims often tell us "infidels" that they are oh so superior to us. One of their excuses is that "the Islamic world does not have prostitution." I have laughed at that one for years; ever since a former co-worker told me about his father who worked in the Mid-East for an American oil concern. Beyond stories of the general backwardness of the entire Mid-East (btw, this man was born and raised in rural Arkansas) he explained how those wonderful muslims got their freak on. They would go to the local imam with a request for an ahem, "marriage" for the evening. They of course would pay the imam for an ahem, "wedding" and then pay for an ahem, "divorce" later that evening or the following morning. So you see, there is no prostitution in islam, they call it ahem, "marriage", for all of you who wonder why Mid-East is so screwed up.

The Scotsman reported on this story yesterday and Charles Johnson of the fantastic Little Green Footballs picked up on it today in Weird Fatwa of the Day.

Get the Art out of Europe - While we Can

As you can see from the above photo of Edvard Eriksen's Little Mermaid sculpture (a tribute to Hans Christian Andersen) muslim misogyny does not stop at the water's edge. It appears that some of our wonderful islamic friends were worried about a "naked" sculpture and had to clothe "her". Americans should consider buying even more European art in order to get more of Western Civilization's art works away from the muslim nutcases of our world. Muslim “Leaders” Attend Dead Concerts!

How else to explain all of the hallucinations that some Muslim leaders have had? First there was the Big Kahuna, Mohammed, whom it is said repeatedly soared into space to have the conversations with the Angel Gabriel; those conversations later became the best seller the Qur’an. This talking to other beings thing has been catching on in the Muslim world of late, first there was the Iranian leader Ahmadinejad who has been hearing voices concerning the end of the world and some taxi driver who would come down to earth to proclaim it as such. Strangely the leader of “the soldiers of Heaven” terrorist group heard basically the same thing when he planned his ill fated attack on Muslim worshippers last week. The Gateway Pundit has a rundown on these two nutjobs and their talks with God. I must add that after twenty years of seeing the band the Grateful Dead in concert that the average Dead show had more talking with God going on during Drums/Space - Sugar Magnolia than in the entire Muslim world during the previous two millenia. It is sad but maybe if the Muslims go to school and study hard enough they can catch up with those aging hippies.
